John P. Reinhardt

John P. Reinhardt, 56, of W7003 Cobblestone Drive, Fond du Lac, died Monday, August 17, 2009, at the Hospice Home of Hope. He was born on November 29, 1952, in Fond du Lac, the son of Neil E. and Emma E. Berghandler Reinhardt. John was a 1972 graduate of L.P. Goodrich High School. He was currently employed by Brooke Industries and had previously worked at Arbuckle's for many years. He was a member of Holy Family Parish. John's varied interests included farming, playing darts, collecting baseball cards, and participating in the Special Olympics Bowling from 2004 to 2008. Surviving is his mother, Emma of Fond du Lac, five sisters, Barbara (Tom) Glassel of Madison, Diane (Don) DuBay of St. Louis Park, MN, Margaret Reinhardt of Minneapolis, MN, Tracy Reinhardt of Fond du Lac, and Sarah Reinhardt of Albuquerque, NM, and a brother, Richard Reinhardt of Dubuque, IA. He is further survived by two aunts, Corrine Reinhardt of Fond du Lac, and Patricia Schoebel of Princeton, WI, his "other Mom" Cindy Borski of Fond du Lac, numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends, Vickie, Steve, and Mark. His father preceded him in death.



Visitation for John P. Reinhardt will be on Thursday, August 20, 2009, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Friday, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Holy Family Church, 271 Fourth Street Way, Fond du Lac. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am at the church. The Rev. Robert Stiefvater will officiate and entombment will be in the Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum at Calvary Cemetery.
