John R. Rauls

John R. Rauls, age 46, of 997 Crescent Ave, Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on August 15, 1963 in Fond du Lac, the son of Richard and Joan (Randall) Rauls. He graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1981. On July 29, 1989 he married Shirley Rauch at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Mt. Calvary. John retired from Kohler Co. in March of this year due to a courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially on vacations. SURVIVORS: his wife Shirley of Fond du Lac, two children, Dustin and Karissa both of Fond du Lac, his parents, Richard and Joan Rauls of Fond du Lac, one brother, Tim (Mona) Rauls of Fond du Lac, four sisters, Andrea (Ron) Van Beek of Gastonia, NC, Danielle (Joel) Miller of Aurora, IL, Felicia (Tim) Ryan of the Bahamas, Nicole (Michael) Boeschen of Sedalia, MO, mother and father in law, Roger and Maryann Rauch of Fond du Lac, two brothers in law, Randy Rauch and James Rauch both of Fond du Lac, two sisters in law, Cindy Rauch of Fond du Lac, Peggy (John) Geschke of Lomira, special friend, Jon Barts, and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents



VISITATION: Friday, May 14, 2010 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 12:30 P.M. at St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church, 1600 S. Main St, Fond du Lac with the Reverend Jon Cox officiating. Entombment will follow in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum at Ledgeview Memorial Park. Friends may call on Saturday at the church from 11:30 A.M. until the time of services.
