Josephine E. Sheely

Josephine E. Sheely, 74, a resident of St. Francis Home for the past two years passed away on Monday, June 22, 2015. She was born December 21, 1940, in Milwaukee, a daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Fisher Koch. On April 18, 1959, she married Dennis C. Sheely at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on January 28, 1992. A caregiver all of her life, Josephine was formerly employed by St. Francis Nursing Home for 28 years, retiring on June 2, 2012. She loved going to the casinos with her family and friends.

Surviving is a daughter, Renee (Fiancé’ Al Konen) Sheely, of Fond du Lac, two sons, Bruce (Melinda Paasch) Sheely and Daniel (Lori) Sheely, both of Fond du Lac, five grandchildren, a sister, Katherine Simon of South Milwaukee, and a brother-in-law, Ken Weber of Theresa. Her parents, husband, and a sister, Betty Ann Weber, preceded her in death.

Visitation for Josephine E. Sheely will be on Thursday, June 25, 2015, from 4 to 7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Private graveside services for Josephine will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 at St. Charles Cemetery. Additional information and guest book may be found at www.ueckerwitt.com
