JUANITA “JANIE” ALICIA ROMO



Juanita “Janie” Alicia Romo, 56, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, September 15, 2014 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born April 10, 1958 in Flint, MI, the daughter of Oswaldo T. Romo and Anita Cavazos. She worked for Family Health La Clinica in Wautoma for many years. She was a member of UMOS. Juanita enjoyed fishing, interpreting, helping others, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Juanita was beautifully stubborn and one unique person.



She is survived by her children, Raeleene (Richard) Rodriguez, Arturo “Paco” (Brandy) Flores, Renee Flores, Antonio “Tony” (Ashley) Flores, Luisa (Rodrigo) Flores, Juanita “Janie” (Ivan) Flores, and Mario (Brittany) Romo; 17 grandchildren; one great granddaughter. She is further survived by her children’s father and long time friend, Arturo Flores; six siblings, Patricia Romo, Altagracia A. Romo, Maria Romo, Jesse Diaz, Mariana Gonzalez, and Rosita Gonzalez; her step father, Aristeo Gonzalez; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Angel Flores; granddaughter, Abigail Romo.



The visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, September 19, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Saturday from 9:30 – 10:30 am at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Union Cemetery, Theresa, WI.
