Judith A. Atkins

Judith A. Atkins, 74, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born November 19, 1946 in Cook County, IL, the daughter of Robert and Shirley (Waite) Mortenson. On February 22, 1964 she married Randall R. Atkins in Fond du Lac and he preceded her in death on November 25, 2016. Judith enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting, building computers, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.



She is survived by six children, Roy (Bea), Alan (Peggy), Barb (Tim), Bob (Terri), Jeff “Joey” (Amy), Christina (Joe); grandchildren, Mercedes (Chris) Miles, Ashley Jorgenson, Bobbie Jo (Dean) Rost-Teidt, Robert (Taylor) Ryan, Tonisha Atkins, Tanen John Atkins, Gage Atkins, Lane Atkins, Corey Atkins, Theresa Atkins, Brooke Liebelt, Emma Atkins, Devon (Mitzy) Emmer, and Danielle Skrenes; step great grandchildren, Sandra Nett, Melanie Braeger and Shaun Menke; great grandchildren and step great grandchildren; sister, Mary Jo (Ron) Schafer; nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; her daughter, Dawn Atkins-Liebelt; and an infant child.



Due to the health concerns of everyone, no visitation or services will be held. A public graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 3:00 PM in Rienzi Cemetery.
