Judith D. Manos, 65, of 39 Reid Terrace, died Friday, September 7, 2007, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born March 7, 1942, in Oconto, WI, the daughter of Clarence and Maxine Anderson Castonia. Mrs. Manos was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was formerly employed by the Fond du Lac County Department of Social Services as an Eligibility Support Specialist for over 30 years. Surviving are two daughters, Christine (Frank) Devine of Fond du Lac, and Julie (Steven) Witthun of Waupun; three grandchildren, Malena Nicolosi, Adam and McKenna Witthun; three sisters, Janice (Ralph) Clemins of Hartford, WI, Sue (Larry) Draeger of Athelstane, WI, and Patti (Greg) Strong of Amberg, WI; two brothers; Thomas (Judy) Castonia of Rotunda West, FL, and Randy Chase of Fond du Lac, her parents, Clarence and Dorothy Castonia of Crivitz, WI, her "adoptive son"- Mark Dobbs of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Her biological mother and former husband preceded her in death.
Visitation for Mrs. Judith D. Manos will be on Wednesday, September 12, 2007, from 10 am to 12 noon at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, 347 Country Lane (off 4th Street Road), and Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be at 12 noon at the church. President Steven Reich will officiate and cremation will follow the services with inurnment of cremated remains in Rienzi Cemetery at a later date.
