Kathryn K. Quandt

Kathryn K. Quandt, 69, died Monday, November 6, 2017 at her home in Fond du Lac. She was born in Appleton on August 4, 1948 to Denis and Ellen (Schleunes) Kolpack. On August 15, 1971, she married Richard Quandt in Mayville.



Kathryn loved her dogs. And she loved all of nature. Kathryn’s garden, her artistic talent that was displayed throughout her lake home and the lake itself were very special to her.



Survivors include her husband, Richard; her children, Bridgot (Jeremy) Gysbers of Burnett, WI and Chad (Alexis) of Mechanicsville, MD; her grandchildren, Sophie and Delilah, both of Mechanicsville; her sisters, Joli (Ray) Dallosto of Whitefish Bay and Karen (John) Grundahl of West Bend; a brother-in-law, Eldor Quandt of Portage, MI; a sister-in-law, Marlene (Ralph) McClure of Bayside, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.



Visitation for Kathryn will be held from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Bill Beaton officiating. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place at a later date.
