Katie Rose Krell

Katie Rose Krell, 15, of 24 Sammy Jo Circle, died Friday, November 21, 2008, at her home. She was born February 4, 1993, in West Bend, the daughter of Jim and Jill Peterson Krell. Katie currently attended Fond du Lac High School as a sophomore where she was on the Honor Roll. She was secretary of the Environmental Club, and had just returned from the Governor's Conference on the Environment in Madison. She loved science and aspired to enroll at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point to earn her degree as a science teacher. Katie loved music and had just started her job at the KC Hall. Surviving are her parents, Jim and Jill, two brothers, James and Matthew at home, her maternal grandfather, Raymond Peterson of Hartland, her paternal grandmother, Beverly Krell of West Bend, her paternal great-grandmother, Adeline Krell of Hartford, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends, and her pet Yellow Lab, Sara. Her paternal great-grandfather, maternal great-grandparents, her paternal grandfather, and maternal grandmother preceded her in death.



Visitation for Katie Rose Krell will be on Monday, November 24, 2008, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Tuesday, November 25th, from 10 to 11 am at Ascension Lutheran Church, 901 County Road V, Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be at 11 am at the church. Pastor Jeff Blain will officiate and burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery. Additional information and guest book may be found at www.ueckerwitt.com
