Keith G. Rockweit

Keith G. Rockweit, 53, of 19 E. 12th Street, died Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. He was born April 17, 1953, in Fond du Lac, the son of Clifford and Bernita Konen Rockweit. On June 15, 1980, he married Christine K. Opperman in Fond du Lac. Mr. Rockweit was employed at Mercury Marine for over 35 years. He loved camping, going to the beach, and shooting pool, and was especially proud of all his children. Surviving are two daughters, Tracy (Special Friend Jeremiah Simos) Rockweit of Milwaukee, and Leah Rockweit of Oshkosh, two sons, Nicholas Rockweit of Fond du Lac, and Tony Rockweit of North Fond du Lac, and his mother, Bernita Rockweit of Fond du Lac, a sister, Kay (Dan) Salzman of Fond du Lac, and three brothers, Kent Rockweit, Kurt (Chris A.) Rockweit, and Kim (Mary) Rockweit, all of Fond du Lac. His former wife, Christine K. Rockweit, of North Fond du Lac, also survives him. Many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews further survive him. His father preceded him in death.



Visitation for Mr. Keith G. Rockweit will be on Sunday, November 19, 2006, from 3 to 7 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Monday, November 20th, from 9 to 10 am at the funeral home. Liturgy of the Word for Christian Burial will be at 10 am on Monday at the funeral home. Deacon Larry Hughes will officiate and cremation will follow.
