Keith R. Mauntler

Keith R. Mauntler, age 67, of Brothertown, died Monday, June 4, 2018, at Ascension Calumet Hospital in Chilton. He was born on December 5, 1950 in Milwaukee, the son of Jean Nelson. On December 11, 1995 he married Linda Cope in Milwaukee. Keith worked as a machinist for many years at Allis Chalmers, Milwaukee Gear, and AxleTech. Keith was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing since he was a young boy. He more recently spent a lot of time tending to his yard and his crops (gardens) and the local wildlife. Most of all he loved being a grandpa and spending time with his seven grandchildren.



Survivors include his wife, Linda of Brothertown; four children, Kelly (Marc) Haberli of Cottage Grove, WI, Sarah (Dan) Driscoll of Boulder Junction, WI, Neil (Elizabeth) Mauntler of Waterbury, VT, and Joe (Jamie) Mauntler of Richfield, MN; seven grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathan, Owen, Maren, Nolan, Macy, and Sydney; brother, Mark Schuller; mother-in-law, Carol Cope of Oshkosh; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his father-in-law, Kenneth L. Cope.



Visitation will take place on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 3-5 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the service.
