Kenneth O. Bindert

Kenneth O. Bindert, 81, of North Fond du Lac, died Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Manor Care Health Services, Fond du Lac. He was born on July 31, 1927 in the Town of Friendship, the son of Emil and Ida Yanke Bindert. On November 10, 1962 he married Leona Pothas in Dubuque County, IA. Kenneth was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Church, Fond du Lac. He was a veteran of the US Army. He worked for the Soo Line Railroad until his retirement. Kenneth enjoyed fishing and hunting.SURVIVORS: his wife, Leona; one son, Steven (Virginia) Bindert, Murray, KY; one sister, Carol (Ray) Hinz, Fond du Lac; one brother, Clarence (Shirley) Bindert, Fond du Lac; nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Lila; two brothers, Elswood and Francis.



VISITATION: will be from 10 "“ 11 AM on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Holy Trinity Greek Church, Fond du Lac. The funeral service will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Holy Trinity Greek Church, Fond du Lac with Fr. Peter Pappademetriou officiating.
