Kenneth W. Keip, 76, formerly of North Fond du Lac and currently a resident of Valhaven Care Center in Neenah, died Sunday, September 25, 2011. He was born November 27, 1934, in Fond du Lac, the son of Eric C. and Frances M. Perron Keip. He was a life-long resident of North Fond du Lac, graduating from North Fond du Lac High School in 1953, and was formerly employed by Green Giant Canning Company in Rosendale and Brownsville. His favorite hobbies were railroading and maps. Ken was a kind and caring person who extended a helping hand to everyone. Surviving are two sisters, Mary Ann (George) Scherck of Neenah, and Marjean King of Two Rivers, a brother, Albert "Jack" (Helen) Keip of Olympia, WA, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. His parents and a brother-in-law, Gene King, preceded him in death.
Visitation for Kenneth W. Keip will be on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, from 9 to 11 AM at Church of The Presentation, 705 Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday at the church. The Rev. John Simon will officiate and burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. Because of Ken's love of animals, the family has requested that memorials be directed to the Fond du Lac Humane Society, 652 Triangle Road, Fond du Lac, 54935.
