Kenneth E. Wiskow, Sr., 87, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, September 10, 2023, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born in North Fond du Lac on November 10, 1935, to William and Elva (Roberts) Wiskow. On March 28, 1960, Kenneth married Mary Anne “Dolly” Weinshrott in Fond du Lac. She preceded him in death on September 8, 2015.
Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting old cars, and snowmobiling. He was a member of St. Paul’s Cathedral. Kenneth loved his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, James DeClue of Fond du Lac, David Wiskow of Green Cove Springs, FL, Dianna Werch of Eureka, Kenneth, Jr. (Kristi) Wiskow of Oshkosh, Lorie Yantz and her husband, Duane Schmidt of Oakfield, Thomas Wiskow of Green Bay, and Jonathan Wiskow of Fond du Lac; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wonderful, loving wife, Dolly; and eight family members.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 14, 2023, at St. Paul’s Cathedral, 51 W. Division St. in Fond du Lac. The funeral service will follow, beginning at 3:00 PM with The Very Reverend C. Patrick Perkins, Dean, officiating. A private committal service with Military Funeral Honors followed by entombment will be held the next day at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
The family extends a special thank you to the doctors, chaplain, and staff of St. Agnes Hospital and their ICU, SSM Health at Home Hospice, and St. Francis Terrace for the care and compassion they showed towards Kenneth and his family.
