Larry J. Eggers

Larry John Eggers, 80, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at his residence. He was born September 3, 1941 in Fond du Lac, the son of Earl and Catherine (Doll) Eggers. Larry married Diane L. Loehr on February 2, 1963 in North Fond du Lac. He worked for Giddings & Lewis until his retirement in 2004.

Larry was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Christian Organization and loved telling about Jehovah and the benefits of His Kingdom. He enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, wintering in Florida, playing cards, jig saw puzzles, and riding his bicycle and motorcycle. Larry was loving and friendly to everyone.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Loehr Eggers; four children, Theresa “Terry” Kilburg, Daniel (Lisa) Eggers, James (Denise) Eggers, and Deborah (Tom) Bender; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Kissinger; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Arlene Vandervort; and brothers-in-law, Bill Vandervort and Alvin “Sonny” Kissinger.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services by video conference will be held Friday, September 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM.
