Leo A. Hass

Leo A. Hass, 61, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, July 17, 2017 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. He was born October 4, 1955 in Fond du Lac, the son of George and Margaret Ruth Schommer Hass. Leo graduated from Goodrich High School in 1974. He married Kathryn A. Hoffmann on October 20, 1979 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Eden. Leo worked for Kohler Company for 39 years and 9 months. He enjoyed hunting, farming, gardening, playing sheepshead and traveling.



He is survived by his wife, Kathy; two brothers, Dick (Kathleen) Hass and George Hass; sister-in-law, Pattie Hass; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Dan (Cindy) Hass, Dale Hass, and Paul Hass; and a sister, Margie Hass.



The visitation will be held from 3:00 – 6:30 PM on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church in Eden. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:30 PM on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church with Rev. Mark Jones officiating. Burial will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
