Letha M. Thiel

Letha M. Thiel, 82, of 574 W. Arndt Street, Fond du Lac, died Sunday, March 30, 2008 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born April 30, 1925 the daughter of Frank and Jesse Greene Nohr. On November 20, 1948 she married Francis Thiel in Wausau. Francis preceded her in death on May 20, 2003. Letha collected plates, enjoyed scrapbooks of movie stars and her children were her life. SURVIVORS: seven children, Sandra (David) Neas, Malone, Roxann Thiel, Fond du Lac, Larry Thiel, Victoria, MN, Thomas (Jean) Thiel, Oakhill, FL, Connie Thiel, Fond du Lac, Donna Thiel, Appleton, Debbie (Dean) Byers, Knob Noster, MO; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Rears, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Ina and Irene.



VISITATION: will be from 11 AM "“ 1 PM on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Barbara Carmichael officiating. Entombment will follow at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
