Lillian L. Hoppman

Mrs. Lillian L. Hoppman, 90, formerly of W7484 Highway 23, died Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at Grancare Nursing Home where she had been a resident for the past eight months. She was born December 8, 1915, in Knapp, WI, the daughter of Roy and Ella Pritchard Turner. On October 22, 1934, she married Vernon Hoppman, Sr. at White Bear Lake, MN. He preceded her in death on February 28, 1997. Mrs. Hoppman was a member of Church of Our Savior, Evangelical Lutheran. She and her husband owned and operated A.F. Klinzing Co. from 1957 to 1982, when she retired. Lillian enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and traveling.Surviving are two sons, Vernon Jr., and his wife, Jean, and David and his wife, Marcia, all of Fond du Lac, a daughter, Dianna Janule and her husband, Victor, of Gilbert, AZ, 10 grandchildren, Bobbi Hoppman of Minneapolis, Cheryl McIlquham and her husband, Scott, of Sun Prairie, Jeff Hoppman and his wife, Darcy, of Grand Rapids, MI, Laura Ford and her husband, Dan, of Chandler, AZ, Julie Thurber and her husband, Robert, of DeForest, Steven Hoppman and his wife, Judine, of Fond du Lac, Paul Hoppman of Fond du Lac, Chris Hoppman of Longmont, CO, Tanya Christensen and her husband, Brian, and Tracy Janule, all of Gilbert, AZ, and nine great-grandchildren. She is further survived by two brothers, Bill Turner and his wife, Helen, and Bob Turner and his wife, Virginia, all of Washington State, and a sister, Marge Michelsen and her husband, Bill, also of Washington State. Her parents, husband, and a brother, Lilborn "Bud" Turner preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Lillian L. Hoppman will be on Sunday, April 23, 2006, from 4 to 7 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Monday, April 24, 2006, from 10 to 11 am at Church of Our Savior, Evangelical Lutheran. Funeral services will be on Monday, April 24, 2006, at 11 am at Church of Our Savior, Evangelical Lutheran. The Rev. Duane C. Wisner will officiate and entombment will be in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Mrs. Hoppman's name.
