Lilyana R. Barthuly

Lilyana "Princess Lily" R. Barthuly, 7, of Rosendale, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay after a three year courageous battle with neuroblastoma cancer. She was born December 10, 2003 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Joshua and Penny Orvis Barthuly. She was currently enrolled in 1st Grade at Rosendale Primary School. She was a member of Girl Scout Troop 8530 Manitou Council and a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville. Lily enjoyed school, playing with her classmates, crafts, drawing, helping cook, photography, giggling, cupcakes, the color pink, and her kitty, Max. Lily was a happy go lucky little girl who endured a lot in the last three years, but was a trooper through it all. SURVIVORS: her parents, Joshua and Penny Barthuly, Rosendale; one sister, Alissa Barthuly; maternal grandfather, Roger Orvis, Rosendale; paternal grandparents, Larry and Barbara Barthuly, Fond du Lac; aunt, uncle and godparents, Sarah (Chad) Immel, Franklin, aunt and godmother, Marissa and uncle, Sean Smith, Fond du Lac, uncle, Delraye Barthuly, Fond du Lac; godmother, Candi Kasuboski, Omro; special cousins, Zane and Jax Immel, Vivia and Ryland Smith; her soul sister, Luella Gallegos, DePere; Mrs. Hartgerink's and Mr. Water's 1st Grade Classes; many great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Otto and Vivian Barthuly, Carl and Vivienne Prasser; maternal great grandparents, Retta Lemiesz, Albert and Lillian Nemitz; maternal grandmother, Bernice Orvis; one sister, Jenna Marie.



VISITATION: will be from 4 "“ 8 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Sunday from 1 "“ 2 PM at the church. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville, with Rev. Kimberly Stowell officiating.
