Loraine M. Steinke

Loraine M. Steinke, 75, of 249 Donovan Circle, Rosendale, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born March 21, 1935 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Erich and Ella Eske Neitzel. She was a graduate of Winnebago Lutheran Academy. She worked at Infant Socks, Florence Eiseman, and Mercury Marine. On October 1, 1955 she married Ervin "Don" Steinke at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. Loraine was a charter member of the Ruffriders Snowmobile Club. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed spending winters in Arizona and her summers at Pearl Lake Campground and loved spending time with her granddaughter.SURVIVORS: her husband, Ervin "Don" Steinke; three daughters, Sandra (Dan) Schaefer, Fond du Lac, Judith (Ken Leu) Steinke, Waupun, Linda (Barry) Cupery, Waupun; one granddaughter, Shelli Lyn Cupery; one step granddaughter, Melanie Leu; one niece, Sharon Hendricks. She was preceded in death by her parents; her father and mother-in-law; one sister, Mildred (Arthur) Birns.



VISITATION: will be from 11:30 AM "“ 1:30 PM on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:15 PM on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Rosendale Cemetery with Rev. Robert Rosenberg officiating. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
