Lori A. Muzquiz

Lori Ann Muzquiz, 63, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday July 11, 2024 surrounded by her loving family during her courageous battle with cancer. Lori was born October 7, 1960 in La Mesa, California but spent most of her life in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. 

 On July 3, 1980, she married Francisco Muzquiz in Fond du Lac. Lori was a longtime employee at Saputo cheese. She enjoyed traveling especially to places that had the turquoise blue waters, going to the casino, camping, cooking, tending to her flower gardens, watching her tv shows especially Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune and her favorite Young and the Restless, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

 Lori is survived by her husband, Francisco; her children, Shannon (Tim) Zahradnik and Miguel Muzquiz; her grandchildren, Gage (Mckenzie) Zahradnik, Rachel (KJ Mack) Zahradnik and Trey Muzquiz and his mom, Carolyn Fleischman; great grandsons, Liam, Kashton, Briggs and Crewe Zahradnik and Kobe Mack; her sister, Shirley (Joe) Roberts as well as her special nieces, Michelle and Debbie. 

 She was preceded in death by her son, Francisco “Kiko” Muzquiz Jr; her parents; her brothers, Jim & Bob; her, mother-in-law, Francisca Monsivais and other aunts, uncles and special niece, Kathy Boyd and great nephew, Donnie Lee. 

 Private family services were held with Pastor John Slotten of Essential Rock Church presiding.

 The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Froedtert Cancer Center-West Bend, Dr. Robert Grass and staff, Dr. Randhawa (SSM Cancer Center), extra thanks to Melissa Tramel and lastly SSM Hospice.
