Lorraine C. Pilak

Lorraine C. Pilak, 86, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Artisan Assisted Living. She was born April 24, 1928 in Wisconsin Rapids, the daughter of Robert and Lillian Gero Holmes. Lorraine enjoyed getting her hair done, collecting dolls, flowers, and especially loved spending time with her friends and family.



She is survived by two children, Marla (August) Pflum of Montello and Brian Pilak of Fond du Lac; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Mike) Pfeifer, Tara (Tim) Brenner, Sarah Kimball, Patty (Josh Uphold) Pilak, and Brenda (Bo Patterson) Pilak; nine great grandchildren; and dear friend, Caroline Zimpher of Fairwater. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Bruce Pilak; and four siblings.



The visitation will be held from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
