Lorraine M. Luttenberger KrommLorraine M. Luttenberger Kromm, 74, formerly of 348 E. 10th Street, died Tuesday, February 21, 2006, at Grancare Nursing Home where she had been a resident for the past four months. She was born January 13, 1932, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Owen and Caroline Hoffman Farvour. On April 7, 1951, she married Joseph Luttenberger at St. Mary's Church in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on August 25, 1982. She later married William Kromm at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac on August 6, 1983. Mrs. Kromm was a member of Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was formerly employed by Mercury Marine and Wells Manufacturing.Surviving is her husband, William, a daughter, Debbie (DuWayne) Sampson, three sons, Mark (Gail) Luttenberger, Glenn Luttenberger, and Scott (Dee) Luttenberger, all of Fond du Lac, two step-daughters, Susan (Robert) Oakley of Providence, RI, and Nancy Boda of New York state. She is further survived by eight grandchildren, Heidi (Chris) Klebs, Amanda (Sean) Riesenberg, Rachel, Jenny, and Katie Luttenberger, Dugan and Deanna Luttenberger, and Alexis Sampson, four step-grandchildren, Jessica, Jeremy, Amy, and Bobby, and one step-great-grandson, Stephan Klebs. A sister, Agnes Grickowski of Fond Du Lac, also survives her. Her parents, first husband, a grandson, Parker Sampson, and two brothers, LaVerne and Walter Farvour preceded her in death.



Memorial services for Mrs. Lorraine M. Luttenberger Kromm will be on Saturday, February 25, 2006, at 11:30 am at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Stuart Zak will officiate. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
