Louella J. Condel

Louella J. Condel, 91, formerly of Fond du Lac, died Monday, September 3, 2007, at the Brookfield Rehabilitation Center where she had been a resident for the past year, prior to living with her daughter, Doris Konstantinidis, since 2002. She was born May 20, 1916, in Sheboygan, the daughter of George and Constantina Kourbetis Liangura. On June 9, 1940, she married Adam T. Condel in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death on December 24, 1975. Louella was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and the Ladies Philoptochos Society. She was formerly employed by H.C. Prange Company for over 20 years as a cashier. Louella enjoyed reading, cross word puzzles, and crocheting. Surviving are two daughters; Doris (Christ) Konstantinidis of Waukesha, and Connie (John) Leventis of Waukegan, IL, a grandson, Deno (Bella) Konstantinidis of Oakland, CA, a granddaughter, Demetra Konstantinidis of Waukesha, and two great-grandchildren, Taia and Christos Konstantinidis, both of Oakland, CA. A sister, Helen DeMets of Fond Du Lac, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends further survive her. Her parents, husband, and a sister, Dora Andree, preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Louella J. Condel will be on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, from 11 am to 12 noon at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Funeral services will be at 12 noon at the church. The Revs. Peter Pappademetriou and Ted T. Trifon will officiate and burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
