Louise A. Funk

Louise A. Funk, 71, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, August 2, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 22, 1944 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Louis N. and Anita C. Lookman Karpathian. Louise was a waitress at the Stretch Restaurant for 20 years, retiring in 2011. She enjoyed shooting pool, bowling, playing cards, boating, gambling trips, reading, and watching westerns.



She is survived by two children, Mark Funk and Lisa (Charles) Bowe, all of Fond du Lac; two grandsons, Bryan and Brandon Funk; eight siblings, Linda (Carl) West, Donna (Richard) Verdone, Steve (Wanda) Karpathian, Kerry (Linda) Karpathian, all of Fond du Lac, David Boese, Kenneth Boese, Randy Boese, all of North Fond du Lac, and James (Betty) Boese of Great Lakes, IL; sister-in-law, Marion Karpathian of Fond du Lac; nieces, nephews, and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Michael Karpathian.



Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will take place in Rienzi Cemetery.
