Lucille D. Will, 89, of 566 S. National Avenue, died unexpectedly Friday, July 13, 2007. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones at the time of her death at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born June 25, 1918, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of John and Anna Leonard Brown. On September 27, 1942, she married Celestine J. Will at St. Michael's Church in Dotyville. Mrs. Will was a member of Holy Family Parish-Sacred Heart Church, and the St. Anne Society. She and her husband owned and operated the Log Tavern Market for over 10 years. They then started Will's Meat Market. Later, Lucille was employed by Schreiner's Restaurant for 18 years. She enjoyed bowling for many years, and was a member of several card clubs. Lucille was also a member of the Tuesday and Thursday morning golf leagues at Rolling Meadows, where she golfed a 61 on Thursday the 12th, with her partner, Patricia Butler. Spending time with her family was one of the greatest joys of her life. Her greatest legacy she left to her children and grandchildren was to put your trust in God and to live life to the fullest. Surviving is her husband, Celestine, a daughter, Marcia (Richard) Kotnick of Fond du Lac, two sons, Gary Will of Jacksonville, FL, and Dean (Rebecca) Will of Fond du Lac, nine grandchildren; Mary Claire Miller, Jeff Miller, Mary Fran Will, Daniel and Andrew Will, Jeff (Lori) Kotnick, Tricia (Jason) Fridley, Chelsey Will, and Logan Will, a great-grandson, Fisher Kotnick, and a sister, Mary Dougherty of Pewaukee. Her parents, five brothers, Clarence, Leonard, Edward, John, and Willard Brown, and a sister, Anna Marie Goebel, preceded her in death.
Visitation for Mrs. Lucille D. Will will be on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 18, at 10 am at the funeral home, and Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Church. The Rev.
