Lucinda S. Gilgan, 54, formerly of Crandon and currently of W 7493 Hwy 151 in the Town of Lamartine went home to be with the Lord Friday, April 23, 2004 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Lucinda was born March 23, 1950 in Nashville, WI, a daughter of Lyle and Betty Campbell Sheldon. On November 29, 1975 she married David Gilgan in Long Lake, WI. Lucinda was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time at the lighthouse in Lakeside Park in Fond du Lac watching the birds.Survivors include her husband, David Gilgan of Lamartine, one son; Jerry Juneau of Gresham, OR, her father; Lyle Sheldon of Crandon, one sister; Irene (Darrel) Lafferty of Rhinelander, two brothers; Tim (Marlene) Sheldon of Crandon, Tom (Ella) Sheldon of Crandon, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in
Visitation for Mrs. Gilgan will be held on Monday, April 26, 2004 from 5-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 from 9-11 A.M. at Praise Chapel in Crandon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Praise Chapel in Crandon with the Rev. Reuben Hendrickson officiating. Burial will follow at Nashville Cemetery in the Town of Nashville. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and Suminski Funeral of Crandon are serving the family.
