Lyle Winfred Henrich, age 85, of Rosendale, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Hospice Home of Hope. He was born March 2, 1930 in Gleason, WI, the son of Martin and Edith (Behrens) Henrich. Lyle served in the United States Army from 1951-53 stationed in Germany. On July 23, 1959 he married Evelyn M. Lange in Ft. Knox, KY. They have been residents of Rosendale since 1970. Lyle worked for 7up Bottling Company for twenty-three years until retiring in 1999. He enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, woodworking, and he especially loved being outdoors. Lyle and Evelyn spent a lot of time in their yard gardening planting vegetables and flowers.
SURVIVORS: his wife Evelyn of Rosendale; one daughter, Jenny D. (Norman) Burmeister of Oshkosh; one son, Robert J. Henrich of Fond du Lac; three grandsons, Gerald Henrich of Fond du Lac, James Henrich of Milwaukee, and Michael Henrich of Fond du Lac; brother in law, Bill Dexter of Sheboygan; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tammy Henrich; three sisters; and one brother.
VISITATION: Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 9-11 A.M. at Peace Lutheran Church, 124 S. Main St, Rosendale, WI, 54974. FUNERAL: Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Peace Lutheran Church. Cremation has taken place. Interment of the cremains will take place on Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at Rosendale Cemetery.
