Lynn A. Wollitz

Mr. Lynn A. Wollitz age 95, of 232 Bischoff St, Fond du Lac, died Thursday, May 25, 2006 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on January 29, 1911 in the Town of Rosendale, Fond du Lac County, the son of Charles and Sadie (Robinson) Wollitz. On September 5, 1936 he married Ida H. Schwark at St. John's Lutheran Church in Princeton, WI. Mr. Wollitz worked at Giddings & Lewis Machine Tool Co. for over thirty-nine years until his retirement on October 25, 1974. He was a member of the G & L Oldsters Club & Lakeside Lodge 1409. He was also a member of Faith Ev. Lutheran Church.SURVIVORS: four daughters, Marilyn (Tom) Fenske of Midland, MI, Audrey (Bill) Brauer of Oakfield, Joy (Ken) Sturm of Fond du Lac, Lynda (Ed) Bergeron of Carrollton, KY, one brother, Lyle of Princeton, two sisters, Vivian Kauss of Green Lake, and Nina Hein of Oshkosh, sixteen grandchildren, and thirty-three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ida on August 28, 1987, and an infant daughter.



VISITATION: Saturday, May 27, 2006 from 12 noon until 1:00 P.M. at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, 55 N. Prairie Rd, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Saturday, May 27, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church with the Reverend Joel Gaertner officiating. Burial will follow at Ledgeview Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
