Marguerite I. Bahr

Marguerite I. Bahr, age 89, of 298 Morris St, Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. She was born on July 17, 1923 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Walter H. and Molly C. (Rost) Zitlow. On July 8, 1943 she married Howard Bahr in Fond du Lac. Marguerite enjoyed crocheting and baking. She was a member of the Oakfield VFW Auxiliary and formerly a member of Church of Our Saviour in Fond du Lac.SURVIVORS: her husband, Howard of Fond du Lac, three daughters, Rita Jean (John) Foley of Greenup, KY, Connie Marie Tomlin of Ashland City, TN, Judith Ann (David) Wenzel of Ashford, WI, three grandchildren, Tammy Lynn Wenzel of Ashford, WI, Cindy Marie (John) Patty of Ashland City, TN, Jeffrey Howard Tomlin of Ashland City, TN, two great-granddaughters, Brittany and Allison Patty, brother, Lester Zitlow of Lomira, WI, sister, Doris May Holterman of Micca, FL, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by an infant son, one son in law, Richard Tomlin; two brothers, Melvin Zitlow and Bernard Zitlow; one sister, Marjorie Immel; brothers in law, Duane Immel and David Holterman; sisters in law, Ruth Zitlow and Buela Zitlow.
