Marianne E. Bahr

Marianne E. Bahr, age 84, of 1516 Fairlawn Ave, North Fond du Lac, died peacefully Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at her residence following a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on January 5, 1926 the daughter of August and Ethelyn (Rowe) Schmitz. On November 15, 1949 she married LeRoy Bahr in Illinois. Marianne enjoyed traveling in the U.S. and to Europe. She enjoyed spending two months each winter in South Padre Island. She also enjoyed snowmobiling, swimming, and fishing in Canada. Most of all Marianne enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: her husband, LeRoy of North Fond du Lac, one son, Steve (Lois) Bahr of Waupun, two daughters, Susan (Jeff) Rock of Fond du Lac, Karen (Gary) Babler of North Fond du Lac, son in law, Bill Kinyon of Eldorado, seven grandchildren, Scott (Maria) Bahr of Beaver Dam, Sean (Becki) Bahr of Bowler, WI, Michael Roebke of Fond du Lac, Jennifer (Kevin) White of Fond du Lac, Jayson (Kristin) Babler of Crystal, MN, Shannon (Kurt) Sadowska of Oshkosh, Nick Kinyon of Eldorado, eleven great-grandchildren, Marissa and Emily Bahr, Matthew, Andrew, and Christian Bahr, Jeremy and Jarret Roebke, Mackenzie and Jayden White, Alyna and Ryan Sadowska, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one daughter, Janice Kinyon.



VISITATION: Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 3-6 P.M. at Church of Peace, 158 S. Military Rd, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at Church of Peace with the Reverends Jennifer C.M. Dawson and James F.D. Martin officiating.
