Marie T. Stanwick

Marie T. Stanwick, 89, a resident of the St. Francis Home for the past two years, died there on Sunday, September 24, 2006. She was born December 20, 1916, in Eau Claire, the daughter of Peter and Selma Larson Sather. On April 24, 1938, she married Arnold Stanwick in Eau Claire. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2004. Marie is survived by three daughters, Jeanne (Brian) Kokol of Billings, MT, Barbara (Peter) Stone of Eden, and Carol (Michael) Guillotte of Joshua, TX, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her parents, husband, and a brother, Gordon Sather, preceded her in death.



Private family services were held. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Cremation will take place with inurnment in the Scandinavian Lutheran Cemetery, Eau Claire.
