Marilyn A. Triatik, 58, of N7881 Van Dyne Road, Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at her residence following a courageous five-year battle with cancer. She was born December 3, 1950 in Manitowoc, WI, the daughter of Robert and Grace De Faut Glaeser. Marilyn was a graduate of Horace Mann High School class of 1969. She then attended U. W. Oshkosh. On August 22, 1971 she married Gary R. Triatik at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac were she was currently a member. She also belonged to the Precious Moments Club. Marilyn was employed with the Kris Kringle Shop and previously by Gift Castle and Joanne's and Connie's Hallmark. Marilyn enjoyed reading and loved playing games and traveling with her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: her husband, Gary; one son, Chad Triatik, Fond du Lac; one daughter, Amy (Joe) Hall, Fond du Lac; four grandchildren, Mitchell and Bryce Triatik, Ashley and Megan Hall; her parents, Robert and Grace Glaeser, North Fond du Lac; one sister, Bonnie (Curtis) Bender, Cambria. She is further survived by her mother-in-law, Elaine Triatik, Fond du Lac; one sister-in-law, Debbie (Nyles) Lundly, Moorpark, CA; one brother-in-law, Ron Triatik, North Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents and her father-in-law, Ray Triatik.
VISITATION: will be from 4 "“ 8 PM on Friday, July 17, 2009 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Saturday from 10 "“ 11 AM at church. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, 40 East Division Street with Rev. Shari Routh officiating. Entombment will follow at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park."We remember Marilyn by her big heart."
