Marion A. Pipping, 95, of Fond du Lac and a resident of Sterling House for the past two years, died Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at her residence. She was born on April 23, 1918 in Charlesburg the daughter of John and Margaret Thielman Wilberscheid. On January 10, 1940 she married Carl H. Pipping. Carl preceded her in death on April 22, 1970. Marion was employed by the Kettle Moraine Boy's School and later at University of Wisconsin Fond du Lac. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church. She enjoyed bowling, baking, word search, gardening, quilting, and her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: Marion is survived by two daughters; Diane Jaeckels, Chilton and Joyce Kremer, Fond du Lac, seven grandchildren, Randy (Patty) Jaeckels, Sherri (Tom) Schneider, Rick (Andrea) Jaeckels, Karla (Terry) Breister, Eric (Amanda) Gerlach, Sara (Andy) Schneider, Holly (Mike) Doll, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. One sister Betty Busse, New Holstein, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Sandra Gerlach, one grandson Craig Gerlach, son-in-laws, Tom Jaeckels and Ted Kremer, two sisters, Alice (Robert) Zierer, Lorraine (Gerald) Russell and one brother Cyril Wilberscheid.
VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Holy Family Parish- St. Mary's Church, 93 Marquette Street, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church.
