Marion C. Krumbein-Braatz, 58, of N7498 Sandy Beach Road, Town of Taycheedah, died Friday, July 16, 2010, at her residence. She was born October 15, 1951, in Oakfield, the daughter of Lester and Betty Roberts Hanna. On November 14, 1971, she married Randal Krumbein in Oakfield. He preceded her in death in 2003. She later married Oran James Braatz at Wisconsin Dells on February 17, 2006. Marion was a member of Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, and was employed by Alliant Corporation for over 26 years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, Lake Winnebago, and being with her grandchildren. Surviving is her husband, Oran James, three daughters, Lisa (Joseph) Sutton of Beaver Dam, Laura Plata of Oshkosh, and Erica Krumbein of Fond du Lac, a son, Matthew (Girl Friend, Elisabeth McMurray) Krumbein of Fond du Lac, four grandchildren, Charlize, Megan, Landan, and Wyatt, and a step-son, Curt Braatz of Fond du Lac. She is further survived by three brothers, Jim (Shirley) Hanna of Oshkosh, John (Karen) Hanna of Fond du Lac, and Gary (Cynthia) Hanna of Rice Lake, eight sisters, Sheila (Delbert) Zoellner of New Holstein, Kathy (Dale) Hinze of Oakfield, Sharon Oelke of Fond du Lac, Judy (George) Burleton of Appleton, Patricia (Art) Pahnke of Oakfield, Pamela (Michael) Schultz of Beaver Dam, JoAnne (Charles) Feldner of Rosendale, and Angela (Dean) Geishardt of Oakfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, two brothers, Joel and Ronald Hanna, and a brother-in-law, Lee Oelke.



Christian funeral services for Mrs. Marion C. Krumbein-Braatz will be on Friday, July 23, 2010, at 2 PM at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 855 Martin Avenue. A reception will be held directly after the service. The Rev. Brett Naumann will officiate. Cremation has taken place. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established in Marion's name.
