Marjorie A. Radlund, age 78 of N6161 Eleanore Lane, died Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born March 13, 1930 in Walworth County the daughter of Willard T. and Dorothy M. Anderson Kyle. On June 12, 1954 she married Peter C. Radlund at Prairie du Sac, WI. She received her bachelor's degree in education with a major in music and art from UW Madison. She taught music and art in various cities in Wisconsin for 38 years retiring in 1990. Marjorie taught piano lessons privately in her home for 20 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, active in it's senior choir and directed the youth choir. Marjorie was an advisor for Sing Out Fond du Lac. She also enjoyed sewing doll clothes and was known as the "Doll Lady".SURVIVORS: her husband, Pete; two sons, John (Desirae) Radlund, Clinton, UT; Paul (Sheila) Radlund, Henderson, NV; one daughter, Aleta (Scott) Tweedale, Byron; nine grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; one brother, Dean (Pearl) Kyle, Sweet Home, OR. Her parents preceded her in death.



VISITATION: The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 12:30 P.M. to 1:00 PM. at the First Presbyterian Church, 1225 4th Street, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 24, 2008 at the First Presbyterian Church with Reverend's Barbara Carmichael and Anthony Farina officiating. A coffee hour will follow the service. Cremation has taken placeUecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
