Marjorie H. Salm

Marjorie H. Salm, 81, of 1901 Chapman Avenue, North Fond du Lac, died Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Grancare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where she had resided for the past two months. She was born August 11, 1925 in Oshkosh, the daughter of William and Margaret Haber Zeller. She graduated from Neenah High School in 1943. She married Richard Salm on July 20, 1943 and they lived their early married years in the Neenah area, moving to Fond du Lac in the early 1970's in order to work in the home building industry. Marge was a real estate broker in her own business, Salm Real Estate. She enjoyed her daily swim as a member of the Fond du Lac YMCA for over 30 years. She was a member of Holy Family Parish "“ Sacred Heart Church.SURVIVORS: two sons, Rick (Barb) Salm, Fond du Lac and Mark (Vicki) Salm, Neenah; two daughters, Suzanne (Richard) Anderson, Apple Valley, MN and Sally (Timothy) Murphy, Fond du Lac; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Pat (Norman) Binder, Oshkosh, Geraldine Mueller (special friend Paul Lambeck), Sturgeon Bay, Shirley (Ken) Ludwig, Oshkosh; one brother-in-law, Peter (Jane) Salm, Capitola, CA; one sister-in-law, Karen Eberle, Madison; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard on January 8, 2000; one daughter, Terri Jean.



VISITATION: will be held from 9-11AM on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday at the funeral home with Deacon Larry Hughes officiating. Cremation has taken place.
