Marjorie (Marge) Balthazor

November 12, 1923 — April 29, 2013

Marjorie (Marge) Balthazor, 89, of NFDL passed away unexpectedly Monday April 29th at St. Agnes Hospital. Marge was born on Nov. 12, 1923 in Brandon, Wis. the daughter of Charles and Clara Henning Pollock. She married Lyle Balthazor on Sept. 28, 1946 at St. Patricks church in Fond du Lac. Lyle preceded her in death in 2005. Marge worked at the Infant socks, Ralph Archery, and was a long time school lunch cook at Presentation school in N. Fond du Lac. She also worked with Lyle for many years at the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Marge was a proud member of Presentation Parish in N. Fond du Lac. She enjoyed polka dancing, bowling, card playing, especially 'sheepshead', her church, and most importantly, her time with family. She is survived by three sons Gary of FDL, Bruce (Debbie) NFDL, Chuck (Robin) FDL, six grandchildren, Amy (Andy) Hughes, Ann Balthazor, Joe (Kelly) Balthazor, Jacob (Nicole) Balthazor, Corey (Jenny) Arthurs and Brian (Stephanie) Arthurs, and seven great grandchildren, Hannah and Logan Hughes, Kenadie Balthazor, Christian and Cody Arthurs, and Carson and McKenzie Arthurs. Marge is also survived by 1 sister Helen (Peggy) Flury, Fond du Lac, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Marge was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Walter Pollock, five sisters, Ethel Collien, Ruth Wilkinson, Viola Henke, Gertrude "Gerty" Redman, and Dorothy "Tootie" Nitschke.



Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Friday, May 3, 2013, at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home,and again on Saturday, May 4th from 9:30 to 10:30 at Church of The Presentation, 705 Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday May4th at 10:30 at the church. Father Dennis Van Beek will officiate and entombment will follow at Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery. Additional information and guest book may be found at www.ueckerwitt.com
