Mark A. Adams

Mark A. Adams, 57, of Fond du Lac, WI and formerly of Chippewa Falls, WI passed away at Froedtert Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee, WI on September 15th, 2008 due to complications of a recent liver transplant. Mark was born January 3, 1951 in St. Paul, MN to Leon "Bud" and Delores "Pat" Adams. He graduated from Chetek High School in 1969 and continued his education earning Bachelor of Arts, Masters and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration along with numerous professional certifications. His education led him to work at several California based companies in Quality Assurance (QA). He traveled extensively throughout the United States and to several foreign countries establishing QA procedures and insuring compliance with current industry standards for several manufacturing clients. Mark and Anne Alexander were married on November 17, 2006. While he was growing up, Mark loved the time he spent at his grandparents resort in Chetek, WI, where he enjoyed fishing, boating, and water skiing. He and his grandfather won oldest and youngest water skiers at one of the many lake celebrations. His hobbies included keeping his computers updated with the latest technology, restoring Corvettes and socializing with his and Anne's many friends. Survivors include his wife, Anne Kristine Adams of Fond du Lac, WI; parents, Leon "Bud" and Delores "Pat" Adams of Chippewa Falls, WI; four sisters, Jean (Kenneth) Pickerign of Eau Claire, WI; Kathy (Jack) Bergeman and Karen Adams of Chippewa Falls, WI; Jackie (Lauren) Flaten of Cadott, WI; one brother, Kevin Adams of Carlsbad, CA; nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents on both sides; daughter Melissa and brother David.



Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM Thursday, September 18th at Ledgeview Memorial Park & Chapel Mausoleum, N6250 County Tk K, Fond du Lac, WI. 54935. Service of Interment at 11:30AM.
