Mary Anne “Dolly” E. Wiskow, 76, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born July 8, 1939 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Charles and Emaline Snyder Weinshrott. Mary Anne married Kenneth E. Wiskow on March 28, 1960 in Fond du Lac. She was a member of St. Paul’s Cathedral. Mary Anne collected teddy bears, enjoyed birds and beagles; loved rose gardening, playing bingo at the Senior Center, and overnight casino trips with her husband.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; children, James DeClue of Fond du Lac, David Wiskow of Green Cove Springs, FL, Joseph Wiskow of Green Bay, Dianna (Clint) Welch of Eureka, Kenneth, Jr. (Kristi) Wiskow of Florida, Lorie Yantz and her husband, Duane Schmidt of Oakfield, Thomas Wiskow of Green Bay, and Jonathan Wiskow of Fond du Lac; five grandchildren; one great grandchild. She is further survived by two sisters, Jeannette Weinshrott of Theresa and Judi Marquard of Fond du Lac; sisters-in-law, Susan Weinshrott and Beverly Burnett; brother-in-law, Bernard Vaness; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Paul Wiskow; son-in-law, Stephen “Hepper” Yantz; daughter-in-law, Debra Wiskow; sisters, Betty (Melvin)Schultz, Elaine Vaness; brothers, Eugene Burnett, Norman Burnett, and Charles Weinshrott; sisters-in-law, Dolores (Ed) Fischer, Evelyn (Harvey) Ott, Marion “Mert” (Albert) Schmitz, and Lorretta (Kenneth) Grube; brothers-in-law, Edward (Vi) Wiskow and Jerome Marquard.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 am on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. Paul’s Cathedral. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. Paul’s Cathedral. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
The family extends a special thank you to the doctors, chaplain and staff of St. Agnes Hospital ICU for their care and compassion given to Mary Anne and her family.
