Mary C. Peterson

Mary Catherine Peterson, age 77, of 281 S. Peters Ave, Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at Harbor House in Fond du Lac. She was born on December 15, 1928 in Fond du Lac the daughter of Michael W. and Gertrude E. Keilberg Bedessem. On September 16, 1961 she married Norman Peterson in Green Lake County. Mary attended Marian College where she received a Bachelors Degree in the Arts and a minor in French. She was a teacher at Lomira Junior High School for twenty years retiring in 1979. She was a charter member of Sacred Heart Church and currently a member of Holy Family Parish. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting, her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.SURVIVORS: her husband Norman of Fond du Lac, her children, Mike (Jeanne) Peterson of Stow, OH, Trudy (Peter) Hittner of Schofield, WI, Steve (Judy) Peterson of Winona, MN, and Kathy Schultz of Fond du Lac, twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one infant brother.



VISITATION: Friday, July 7, 2006 from 9-11 A.M. at Holy Family Parish-Sacred Heart Church. FUNERAL: Friday, July 7, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Parish-Sacred Heart Church with the Reverend Jim Jaeger officiating. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.Memorials are appreciated to Hospice Hope.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
