Mary Kay Riese, 39, of Oakfield, passed way unexpectedly on September 26, 2011. Mary was born on December 22, 1971 in Fond du Lac, WI, the daughter of Arnold & Shirley (Sook) Riese. She graduated from Oakfield High School in 1990. She was a member of Sons of Zebedee, St. James Church, Oakfield.Mary went on to pursue her passion for cutting hair by becoming a beautician to which she continued in the business for 18 years. She was known for her outgoing personality and you always knew when Mary was in the room. She will be remembered for knitting special blankets for the people she cared about.Mary is survived by her father, Arnold, Oakfield; three sisters, Deb (Tim Plzak) Riese, North Fond du Lac, Kathy (Delore Stettbacher) Godina, Lomira, Sandy (Steve) Cowles, Oakfield; two brothers, Tom (Stevie) Riese, Town of Blackwolf , Tim Riese, Meza, AZ. She is further survived by her nieces and nephews, cousins; one uncle, Vernon Riese, Oakfield; one Aunt, Ione Sook, Fond du Lac. She also left behind her two companions, her cats, Mojo and Tinkerbell. She was preceded in death by her mother on June 18, 2010; infant twins, Faith and Hope; her maternal grandparents, Lester and Christina Sook; her paternal grandparents, Leon and Josephine Riese; and brother-in-law, Richard Godina.Mary was a loving daughter & sister and will be deeply missed by her family.



VISITATION: will be from 2 "“ 4 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Sons of Zebedee, St. James Church, Oakfield. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 4 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Sons of Zebedee, St. James Church, Oakfield with Rev. Michael Petersen officiating.
