Mary Louise Semenas, 85, a resident of the Town of Friendship, died Wednesday, May 09, 2012, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born November 25, 1926, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Francis and Lucille Andrew Supple. On June 12, 1948, she married Alexander P. Semenas at St. Patrick's Church. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1984. Mary was a member of Church of The Presentation in North Fond du Lac. She was formerly employed by the Wiley-Smith Clinic as a nurse's aid and later worked as a secretary for her husband's law practice. Surviving are six sons, Alexander Semenas, Jr. of Port Charlotte, FL, Jeffrey (Carol) Semenas of Middleton, WI, Kevin Semenas of Fond du Lac, Curtis (Diane) Semenas of Rosendale, Craig (Julie) Semenas of Fond du Lac, and James Semenas of Oshkosh, two daughters, Mary (Dan) Moul of Fond du Lac, and Michele (Tim) Moul of Burnett, WI, 35 grandchildren, Alex, Kevin, Jason, Nicole, Luke, Brett, Kimberly, Kevin Jr., Caitlin, Colette, Carrie, Cassie, Diane, Curtis, Christopher, Derek, Tyler, Taylor, Jaime, Camryn, Nicholas, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary Lou, Julia, Kristina, Joshua, Matthew, Cassandra, Angela, Josiah, Noah, Crystal, Michael, and Jordan, and 11 great-grandchildren, Brady, Olivia, Corbin, Westen, Aidan, Ethan, Maliyah, Gabriella, Christian, Dallas, and Keegan. She is further survived by a brother, John Supple of Oshkosh, a brother-in-law, John Barthuly of Fond du Lac, and a sister-in-law, Fran Deuster of Fond du Lac. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a granddaughter, Cathy Semenas, and three sisters, Catherine Klinzing, Genevieve Barthuly, and Joan Manowske, and two brothers-in-law, Bernie Klinzing and Paul Manowske.
Visitation for Mary Louise Semenas will be on Thursday, May 10, 2012, from 4 to 7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and again on Friday, May 11, from 10 to 11 AM at Church of The Presentation-North Fond du Lac, 705 Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 AM at the church on Friday. Rev. John Simon will officiate and entombment will follow in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.
