Marylyn M. Bleuel, age 81, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, April 15, 2016 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on September 18, 1934 in Marytown, the daughter of Michael and Leona (Buechel) Pitzen. On April 24, 1954 she married Alois A. Bleuel in Marytown. He preceded her in death on February 10, 2008. Marylyn was a member of the Yacht Club, Eagles Aerie #270 Auxiliary, Optimist Club, Fond du Lac Snow Flyers, Senior Center, Western Wanders Club, and a former member of the Elks. Marylyn worked at Copps and Prange’s for many years. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren in their activities and spending time with her multiple groups of friends. Marylyn loved playing cards, especially sheepshead. Additionally she loved being with her family and friends, jet skiing, boating, snowmobiling. All friends were always welcomed to the lake for a memorable time.
SURVIVORS: Three children, Lee (Monica) Bleuel of Theresa, Eugene (Danielle) Bleuel of Nashotah, and Melissa (Brian) Kees of Eldorado; ten grandchildren, Jesse, Breonna, Heather, and Angela all of Theresa, Jacob and Kaiden of Nashotah, Keely, Mariska, Trey and Delilah Kees of Eldorado; three sisters in law, Mae (Anthony) Schmitz of Mt. Calvary, Rita Immel of Calvary Station, Betty Mueller of Plymouth; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers; one sister; and three brothers in law.
VISITATION: Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. FUNERAL: Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church-Holy Family, 200 S. Peters Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. Visitation will take place on Thursday at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services. Entombment will follow the service at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
