Matthew C. Mcauly

On November 30, 2014, the Lord called to Himself, Matthew Chester McAuly. He was born November 20, 1986, in Fond du Lac, a son of Gary and Lorelei (Glanz) McAuly. Matt was baptized into the Christian faith on November 27, 1986 and he confirmed his faith at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in May 2002.



Matt attended St. Peter’s Lutheran School, Winnebago Lutheran Academy, and Christian Liberty Academy. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Town of Forest. Matt was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, camping, and hunting. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend who was loved and will be missed greatly by all who knew him. Matt worked at Consultant’s Laboratory and was loved and respected by his co-workers.



Matt is survived by his parents, three brothers; Jason, Joshua (Emily), Marcus, two sisters; Jeanna (Henry) Schacht and Magdalen (Eric) Yoerin, three nieces; Madison and Ceil McAuly, Ryleigh Schacht, and four nephews; Cole and Miles McAuly, Henry Griffin Schacht, and Masen Yoerin.



The family will greet friends and relatives from 3:30 PM until the time of service. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 6:00 PM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, N6772 County Road W, Mt. Calvary, WI with Pastor Mark Barenz presiding. Burial will be held privately for immediate family at a later date.



In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Matt can be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
