Maxine M. Perry

Maxine M. Perry, age 81, of 229 South Main Street, Oakfield, died Wednesday October 8, 2008 at the Hospice Home of Hope with her family by her side. Maxine was born in Oakfield on June 5, 1927 the daughter of Earl and Dessa Hoffman Millar. On July 2, 1947 she married Milo E. Perry at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. Maxine was a graduate of Oakfield High School and a life-long resident of Oakfield. Her interest included reading, gardening, knitting, spending time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Survivors include her husband Milo E. Perry, Oakfield, two sons, Michael Perry, Oakfield, and Todd (Lisa) Perry, Black River Falls, a daughter, Sue (Jim) Coffman, Eagle River, seven grandchildren, Jeff, Joe, Angie, Julie, Tanya, Jackson, and Lauren, sixteen great-grandchildren, Matthew, Ireland, Isabelle, Ryan, Sam, Allison, Alexis, Cole, Jaiden, Peyton, Adelyn, Kaylen, Aaron, Krista, Brandon and Jenna. She is further survived by a sister Elaine (Jim) Stumpf, Onalaska, WI. Preceding her in death were her parents, and one daughter, Sandra Mayhew.



Public graveside services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Avoca Cemetery, Oakfield. A luncheon will follow the service.Memorials appreciated to Hospice Home of Hope.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
