Meroe I. Anderson

Meroe I. Anderson of Fond du Lac died Thursday, December 19, 2013 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on December 17, 1930 in Waupaca the daughter of Linton and Irene Paulfrey Mertz. On August 16, 1952 she married Arlington "Andy" Anderson at Trinity Lutheran Church, Waupaca. Andy preceded her in death on December 20, 2010. She was a graduate of Waupaca High School. Meroe worked at O'Brien's Clothing Store and later worked as church secretary at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church for a number of years. She was a member of Immanuel- Trinity Lutheran Church, the Elizabeth Circle and Chancel Guild.SURVIVORS: Meroe is survived by her son Brian (Christine) Anderson, Fond du Lac, two grandchildren, Angela Anderson, Samantha Gustafson and one sister, Ethel Mae Mertz -Kiesow, Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother-in-law Kent Kiesow.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 3-6 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Reverend Rich Engen officiating.
