Michael James Erickson

Michael J. Erickson, 64, of, North Fond du Lac, died on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on December 13, 1959, in Fond du Lac, the son of Harold and Phyllis (Malson) Erickson. Michael graduated from St. Mary Springs High School in 1978. On August 25, 2017, he married Kathryn Daleiden in Fond du Lac. Michael worked as a manager for 43 years at Copp’s and Pick N Save before his retirement. He liked to fish, collect baseball cards, comic books and bobbleheads. Michael was a Miami Dolphins, Milwaukee Brewers and Bucks fan, and was a season ticket holder for the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn; two daughters, Heather and Heidi Erickson; four grandchildren, Xavior, Mordecai, and Stryder Erickson, and Zoey Hinkley; sister, Judy (Jim) Feyen; brothers and sisters-in-law, John (Judy) Daleiden, Deb (John) Hamer; Joe Daleiden, Bill (Chris) Daleiden, Peter (Julie) Daleiden, Michael Daleiden; and Mary (Brett) Bergeron; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Phyllis; son, Peter Erickson; unborn daughter, Angel Ann; and brother-in-law, Robert Daleiden.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow the visitation at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.
