Mildred C. Morse

Mildred "Millie" C. Morse, 87, a former resident of Walnut Grove, Fond du Lac and a current resident of the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home, died Saturday, October 30, 2010 surrounded by her four loving daughters. She was born April 28, 1923 in Minnesota, the daughter of Andrew and Irene Ophiem Torkelson. On October 25, 1947 she married Leslie L. Morse. Millie was a member of Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church. She worked at Infant Socks, Rogersville Cheese Factory and babysat children in her home. She enjoyed doing puzzles, needlepoint, gardening, caring for her grandchildren, watching golf, and the Milwaukee Brewers. Millie also enjoyed praying and she loved Jesus. Millie was a devoted mother and grandmother.SURVIVORS: four daughters, Lana Schulz, Fond du Lac, Lesley (Ron) Demler, Oakfield, Mary (Tom) Krenn, Fond du Lac, Roxanne (Jeff) Jilek, Williams Bay, WI; six grandchildren, Ryan (Noel) Deibert, Eric Morse, Jennifer (Dallas) Vande Slunt, Tara (Tim) Brenner, William Krenn, Taylor Krenn; 11 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one grandson, Chad Deibert; and nine siblings.



VISITATION: will be from 12 "“ 2 PM on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, 20 Wisconsin American Drive, Fond du Lac. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Shari Routh officiating. Entombment will take place at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.Millie will be deeply missed by all who knew her and those who's lives she touched.
