Myra T. Sager, 93, of 300 Winnebago Street, died Saturday, January 28, 2012, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. She was born August 4, 1918, in Gay Michigan, the daughter of David J. and Clara Neugebauer Vivian. On August 1, 1959, she married George "Bud" Sager in North Fond du Lac at Church of The Presentation where she was currently a member. Myra received her Bachelor of Education degree from Ripon College and her Master's degree from the University of Michigan. For over 40 years, she taught school in North Fond du Lac, Wilmot, and Burlington Wisconsin, and the last 32 years at Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac. Myra is survived by her niece Margaret V. (Paul) Zuffante of Wheaton, IL, a nephew, Michael (Jackie) McBride of Waukesha, a grand niece, Kelly McBride of Waukesha, and two grand nephews, Patrick and Thomas McBride, both of Waukesha. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, David Vivian, a sister-in-law, Helen Vivian, and two sisters-in-law, Alice Rafoth and Irene Loverude.
Visitation for Myra T. Sager will be on Thursday, February 2, 2012, from 9 to 11 AM at Church of The Presentation, 705 Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the church on Thursday. Rev. John Simon will officiate and burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be directed to either Church of the Presentation or Hospice Foundation, 430 E. Division Street, 2nd Floor, Fond du Lac 54935.
