Nancy E. Dean

Nancy E. Dean, 77, of 630 W. Arndt Street, died Sunday, January 11, 2009, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born April 9, 1931, in Florence, WI, the daughter of Charles and Mary Gollockner Bailey. On August 16, 1952, she married Lawrence E. Dean in Brandon. He preceded her in death on November 7, 1975. Electric Wire of Waupun formerly employed Mrs. Dean. Prior to this, she was employed by the shoe factory in Waupun. She also worked with her husband on their Waupun area farm. Nancy was active in the Waupun Senior Center, and was on the Apartment Committee at her current residence. Surviving are two sons, James (Melissa "Missi) Dean of Fond du Lac, and Jerry Dean of Madison, and three grandchildren, Mitchell Nesbitt, and Ian and Sadie Dean. Her parents, husband, an infant brother, and two sisters, Elizabeth and Winifred Bailey, preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Nancy E. Dean will be on Saturday, January 17, 2009, from 9 to 11 am at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 am on Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev.
